DGSE Islamabad Prequalification: Suppliers & Service Providers for Centre of Excellence for Autism (H-8/4)

Issuer: Directorate General of Special Education (DGSE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training. Invitation for prequalification of well-reputed, experienced and financially sound firms, suppliers, contractors and service providers registered with SECP / Registrar of Firms and with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for supply of goods and provision of services under the PSDP project "Centre of Excellence for Autism" at H-8/4, Islamabad.

Important submission details: A separate bid security of Rs. 500,000 (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand only) is required for each lot, furnished in the form of a Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favor of the Director (Admin), DGSE, Islamabad. Applications must be submitted manually on or before 2016-08-19 at 02:00 PM; proposals will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM. Prequalification documents, containing detailed requirements, evaluation criteria and scope of work for each lot, are available on the Ministry websites and can be obtained from the office of the undersigned.

Eligibility: Firms must be duly registered (SECP / Registrar of Firms) and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities as applicable. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, without assigning any reason or incurring liability.
