National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids through PPRA E-PADS on a Single Stage - Two Envelopes basis from experienced, financially sound firms/companies/sole proprietors for the provision of drinking / mineral water for NUMS campuses.
Key submission and participation details are provided below. Bidders must meet eligibility criteria and submit Technical and Financial proposals separately as per the tender procedure.

| Bid Security | Bid security equivalent to 2% of total bid value (refundable) in the form of Call Deposit / Bank Draft / Pay Order in favor of NUMS. Scanned copy to be uploaded on E-PADS before closing; original submitted physically. |
| Document Fee | Pay order / demand draft of PKR 3,000 (non-refundable) in favor of NUMS to obtain bidding documents. |
| Proposal Submission | Physical submission at NUMS and e-submission on PPRA E-PADS. Technical proposals opened first; financial proposals of technically qualified bidders opened later. |
