IESCO Disposal Notice — Incandescent Bulbs E-Bids (13 Aug 2026)

Issuer: Chief Engineer (Material Management), Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). IESCO invites E-Bids for disposal of Incandescent Bulbs (IBs) on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. E-Bids will be received until 13.08.2026 up to 10:30 A.M. and will be opened at 11:00 A.M. on the same date. Interested bidders must apply online via the E-PADS portal: http://www.vendor.epads.gov.pk/login and upload all mandatory documents.

Important conditions:

• Only E-Bids through E-PADS are acceptable.
• Original sealed earnest money / bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee in favour of Chief Executive Officer IESCO before bid closing time; valid for 120 days and issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan with rating A or above.
• Material inspection at respective locations is allowed up to 12.08.2026.
• Bid validity: 120 days from the date of E-Bids opening.
• Deposit of total amount: within 10 working days from issuance of LOA.
• Lifting period: successful bidder to lift material within 15 working days from issuance of Release Order.
• FBR registration is mandatory to participate.
• Taxes: Advance 18% GST (if applicable) and 10% Income Tax or any other tax levied by the Government will apply on the accepted bid.
• Submit and upload an undertaking on Rs.100 judicial stamp paper (Annexure-A), duly signed and stamped, along with sealed bid security before bid closing time.
• CEO IESCO reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel the tender or any part thereof.
