Office of the District Council Hafizabad invites e-bids (Single Stage Single Envelope) from eligible, reputed and financially sound firms/contractors/companies registered with relevant departments and on the Punjab E-Procurement portal. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA where applicable) and hold valid PEC registration in the relevant category. Bids are invited for multiple works, supplies and hiring services for the Current Financial Year Budget 2026-2027, District Hafizabad.
Submission & opening (e-bids): Submission deadline 2026-08-17 at 11:00 AM; e-Bid opening 2026-08-17 at 11:30 AM. Bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement system.
