Estate Office Management, Ministry of Housing & Works (Government of Pakistan) invites sealed bids under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for multiple works (financial year 2026-27). Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 and meeting PWD Schedule of Rates 2022 requirements must submit e-bids as listed below.

- Bidding documents, terms & conditions and specifications are available on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ (bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0).
- E-bids must be uploaded on EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-08-10 up to 10:30 AM. E-bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at Estate Office Management, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad.
- Original bid security (CDR/Banker’s Cheque) in favour of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Estate Office Management, Islamabad must reach the office of Assistant Director (Civil), Estate Office Management, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad on or before 2026-08-10 up to 09:00 AM, otherwise the respective bid will not be opened.
