Issuer: Estate Office Management, Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan (Estate Office Management, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad).
Purpose: Invitation to bid (Single Stage Single Envelope) for multiple maintenance, repair, landscaping, upgradation and E/M works at Federal Lodges, residential colonies and government land for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 and meeting tax, PEC and licensing requirements may participate.
Key eligibility & submission details:
- Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit e-bids via https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
- Bidders must be eligible under PWD Schedule of Rate 2022, possess valid income tax & sales tax registration, be Active Tax Payers, hold valid electrical license where specified (Federal/Punjab for Lot-8; Federal/KPK for Lot-9) and be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category.
- E-bids must be submitted on EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-08-10 up to 10:30 AM. E-bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at Estate Office Management, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad.
- Original bid security (CDR/Banker’s Cheque) in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Estate Office Management, Islamabad must reach the Assistant Director (Civil), Estate Office Management, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad on or before 2026-08-10 up to 09:00 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
