Issuer: Estate Office Management, Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan. Sealed e-bids are invited on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 and holding valid tax registration and relevant licences.
The tender comprises nine lots for repair, maintenance, upgradation, landscaping and E/M works at federal lodges, residential colonies and government land in Lahore, Peshawar, Islamabad and Karachi for the financial/year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

How to apply / submit bids:
- E-bidding documents, detailed terms & conditions and specifications are available on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS): https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ (bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0).
- Prospective bidders must upload legible scanned copies of mandatory documents on EPADS v2.0.
- E-bids prepared in accordance with instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-08-10 up to 10:30 AM. E-bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at Estate Office Management, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
- Original bid security (CDR/Banker’s Cheque) in favour of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Estate Office Management, Islamabad must reach the office of Assistant Director (Civil), Estate Office Management, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat, F-6/1, Islamabad on or before 2026-08-10 up to 09:00 AM; otherwise the respective bid will not be opened.
