Bid security & guarantees:
- Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (as per the table) must be submitted before the e-bid submission deadline in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of District Police Officer, Sheikhupura, clearly marked with the bidding document name.
- Successful bidders will deposit 5% performance guarantee as per PPRA Rules 2014; performance guarantee will be refunded on successful completion of the contract.
Other important conditions:
- Bidders must comply with all terms, conditions, specifications and registration/tax requirements listed in the bidding documents.
- Late or incomplete bids will not be considered. The District Police Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per PPRA rules.
