Issuer: Office of the District Police Officer, Sheikhupura (Bilal Zafar Sheikh PSP, T.I).
Purpose: Invitation for e-bids for a Framework Contract (purchase/provision of miscellaneous items, services and stores) for Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible bidders: firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers and authorized dealers/distributors (including JVs where applicable) registered with relevant tax and registration authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax & PEC as applicable).
Submission method: All procurements will be made using the e-Procurement system under PPRA Rules. Bidders must submit bids online via the Punjab E-Procurement portal. Original bid security (2% of estimated cost) must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document name in favor of the District Police Officer, Sheikhupura, before the e-bid submission deadline. Performance guarantee of 5% will be required from the successful bidder under PPRA Rules.
