Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecom, invites applications for two senior positions on a contract basis for the PSDP project “National Semiconductor HR Development Program – Phase I.” Appointments are based at PSEB’s Islamabad office.

HEC equivalence required for foreign degrees. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in curriculum development, monitoring & evaluation, education policy, accreditation frameworks or skill-development programs. | 18 years education (MS/MPhil) in a relevant field; certifications in curriculum design, M&E systems, EdTech integration, or quality assurance in higher/technical education. |
| Manager – Procurement (PPS-08) | Up to 50 years | Bachelor’s (minimum 16 years) in Management Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field from an HEC-recognized university. HEC equivalence required for foreign degrees. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in public procurement, including end-to-end procurement cycles for multi-sector or technology-driven projects. | Master’s/MBA in Procurement/Supply Chain/Public Sector Management; certifications such as CIPS, PMP; training in PPRA/Public Procurement rules; experience with PSDP/ADP or donor-funded project procurement. |
