Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, invites applications on a contract basis for positions under the PSDP Project “National Semi Conductor HR Development Program – Phase I.” Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals. Only post-qualification experience will be considered. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be admissible.

Candidates with 18 years of education (MS/MPhil) in a relevant field may be preferred. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in curriculum development, monitoring & evaluation, education policy, accreditation frameworks, or skill development programs—preferably within technology, engineering, or technical education sectors. Certifications in curriculum design, M&E systems, EdTech integration, or quality assurance in higher/technical education will be an advantage. |
| Manager Procurement | PPS-08 | Up to 50 years | Bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Management Sciences / Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or a closely related field from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates with 18 years of education (Master’s/MBA/MS) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Public Sector Management may be preferred. | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in public sector procurement with hands-on involvement in end-to-end procurement cycles, preferably on multi-sector or technology-driven projects. Proven experience in managing PSDP/ADP/donor-funded projects, procurement of goods and services, vendor management and public procurement rules. Certifications such as CIPS, PMP or PPRA/Public Procurement training are advantageous. |
