Tender Notice — Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Computer, IT and Lab Equipment at DPS Cambridge Campus Sahiwal

Issuer: Divisional Public School & Inter College, Sahiwal (Cambridge Campus). Sealed tenders are invited from active taxpayers and GST-registered firms/suppliers for procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of listed items for DPS Cambridge Campus, Sahiwal.

How to obtain tender documents: Tender forms and detailed specifications are available on the DPS website: www.dpssahiwal.edu.pl immediately after publication of this notice. Tender cost must be paid by Pay Order in favour of the Principal, DPS Sahiwal.

Bid security / earnest money: Bidders shall furnish bid security / earnest money in the form of a COR from a bank in favour of the Principal, DPS Sahiwal.

Bid submission procedure: Single-stage with three separate sealed envelopes enclosed within one sealed outer envelope: (1) envelope containing the Pay Order for tender cost plus the bank COR for bid security; (2) technical bid; (3) financial bid. Tenders may be submitted by courier or by hand within the stipulated time.

Important dates and venue: Last date for submission of bids: 2026-08-13, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-13 at 12:00 PM in the Committee Room of DPS Sahiwal in the presence of bidders.

Other conditions: The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject proposals.
