Open Tender Notice 40-45/2026 — Procurement of Equipment & Fabrication (Islamabad)

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists (FOB, Islamabad) registered with the Sales Tax Department and having their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. Tenders are for supply/fabrication of equipment and parts as listed below. Tender documents are issued by request on company letterhead along with the prescribed bank draft/pay order.

Key Submission & eligibility details:

- Tender fee: PKR 2,000 per package (bank draft/pay order as specified). Tender documents will be issued on written request on company letterhead with the required bank draft/pay order in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

- Earnest money: 2% of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

- Tenders received after the specified receiving time/date will not be entertained. Tender validity: 60 days from the opening date.

- Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations at any stage.

- Original bank draft must be received in the office one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is one day before the tender opening date.
