The Head Procurement invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists (FOB, Islamabad basis) registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply of listed items. Tender documents are issued on request against the prescribed tender fee and must be accompanied by earnest money. Submission and opening will take place in Islamabad as below.

How to obtain tender documents: Request on company letterhead accompanied by the tender fee (bank draft/pay order) in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted. Tender documents may be dispatched against receipt of request and bank draft; original bank draft must reach the office one day before opening.
Earnest money: 2% of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.
Important terms: Tenders not previously able to supply against orders will not be issued documents. Postal delays are the tenderer’s responsibility. Late bids will not be entertained. Tender validity: 60 days from opening date. Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.
