Open Tender Notice 40-45/2026 — Photocopier, Inspection Booths, Fire Alarm, Lifts & Waveguide Parts (Islamabad)

Head Procurement (P.O. Box No.1482, Islamabad) invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply/work on FOB Islamabad basis. Tender documents, terms and conditions are available on request.

How to obtain tender documents: Submit a written request on company letterhead and enclose the required tender fee by bank draft/pay order in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted. Tender documents can be dispatched on receipt of request and bank draft via fax/courier. Original bank draft must reach the office one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is one day before opening date.

Security / Earnest Money: All tenders must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

Important conditions: Tenderers who have previously failed to supply stores against orders may be ineligible for documents. Postal delays are the bidder's responsibility. Envelopes must be clearly super-scribed with tender number and date. Late tenders will not be entertained. Tender validity must be 60 days from opening date. Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage.
