Prequalification Notice — Suppliers & Service Providers for Centre of Excellence for Autism, H-8/4 Islamabad

Directorate General of Special Education (DGSE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training invites applications for prequalification of well-reputed, experienced and financially sound firms, suppliers, contractors and service providers for supply of goods and provision of services under the PSDP Project "Centre of Excellence for Autism" at H-8/4, Islamabad.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Firms must be duly registered with SECP / Registrar of Firms (as applicable) and with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities.

- A separate original bid security of Rs. 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand only) shall be furnished for each lot in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favour of Director (Admin), DGSE, Islamabad. Applications received without original bid security will not be entertained.

- Prequalification documents containing requirements, evaluation criteria and scope of work are available on the Ministry website (www.mofept.gov.pk), the PPRA website and can be obtained from the office of the undersigned.

Submission and opening:

- Applications shall be submitted manually on or before 2026-08-19 at 02:00 p.m. The bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 p.m. in the presence of applicants who choose to attend.

Other notices:

- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, without assigning any reason and without incurring any liability.
