Prequalification Notice — Suppliers & Service Providers for Centre of Excellence for Autism, DGSE Islamabad

The Directorate General of Special Education (DGSE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (M/o FE&PT), Islamabad, invites applications for prequalification from well-reputed, experienced and financially sound firms, suppliers, contractors and service providers duly registered with SECP / Registrar of Firms and with Income Tax & Sales Tax authorities for provision of goods and services under the PSDP project "Centre of Excellence for Autism" (H-8/4, Islamabad).

Key requirements & submission details:

- Firms may apply for one or more lots. A separate bid security of PKR 500,000 (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand only) is required for each lot applied for, in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favour of Director (Admin), DGSE, Islamabad. The original bid security instrument must reach the office of the undersigned before the closing date and time; applications without original bid security will not be entertained.

- Complete prequalification documents, including scope of work and evaluation criteria for each lot, are available on the Ministry website (www.mof.gov.pk) and the PPA website, and can be obtained from the office of the undersigned.

- Submission method: Manual submission.

- Closing date & time: Applications must be submitted on or before 2026-08-19 at 02:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of applicants who choose to attend.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, without assigning any reason.
