Open Tender Notice 40-45/2026 – Supply & Fabrication (Islamabad) – Opening 2026-08-06

The Head Procurement invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with Sales Tax Department for supply and fabrication items. Tenders are for delivery on FOB Islamabad basis; documents and enquiries are handled from the Procurement Office, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

Key submission and eligibility information:

- Detailed specifications, terms & conditions can be obtained by written request to the undersigned along with bank draft/pay order of the given tender fee in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Cash will not be accepted.

- Tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms who could not supply stores against orders in the past. Postal delays in delivery of tenders shall rest with the tenderer.

- Tender validity: 60 days from the date of opening. Tenders received after the opening shall not be entertained. Original bank draft must be received in the office one day before the opening date.

- Tender documents can be dispatched against receipt of request and bank draft through post/fax/email.
