Tender: Supply of White Offset Paper, White Art Card, Morocco Paper & Allied Printing Materials — Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Islamabad

Issuer: Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (under administrative control of the Cabinet Division), Head Office, Khayaban-e-Suharwardy, G-7/4, Islamabad.

Purpose: Invitation to submit sealed bids/offers for procurement of white offset paper (local/imported), white art card, Morocco paper and allied printing material for PCP Press, Islamabad.

Eligibility: Manufacturers and dealers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR.

Submission instructions:

• Bids/offers must be uploaded on PPRA EPADS 2.0 and hard copy of the bids must also reach the undersigned by the deadline.
• Bids must be accompanied by Earnest Money / Security Money as per lot-wise requirements. Offers without earnest money/security will be disqualified.
• Manufacturers/dealers may bid for one or more lots; rates must be quoted against all items in a lot or the bid may be rejected.
• Bid opening will be held on the same date at 14:30 (2:30 p.m.).
• Bid validity: 90 days.
• The Corporation reserves the right to accept/reject/cancel tenders as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Purchase quantity may be increased or decreased according to requirements and availability of funds.
