Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan) invites bids from manufacturers and dealers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of the FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List for supply of white offset paper (local/imported), white art card, Morocco paper and allied printing material for PCP Press Islamabad.

Key submission details:

• Bid submission: Upload complete bids on PPRA e-Procurement System (ePPS) and submit hard copy to Head Office, Khayaban-e-Suhrawardy, G-7/4, Islamabad.
• Bid closing / opening time: 2026-08-18 at 14:00 hrs.
• Bids must be accompanied by Earnest Money / Security (per lot) in the specified amounts below. Bid validity: 90 days.
• Manufacturers/dealers may participate for supply of entire tendered quantity or part of it but must quote against all items in the lot and meet quantity/quality requirements. Non-compliant or incomplete bids may be disqualified.
• The Corporation reserves the right to cancel, accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Purchase quantities may be increased or decreased according to requirements and availability of funds.
