Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) — submit PEC registration copy. Only contractors on approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply. Contractors must provide certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any Government Department and that no outstanding Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) report exists against them. |
