Tender: Support & Janitorial Staff Services for Punjab Public Private Partnership Authority (P4A) — Bid Closing 2026-08-10

Punjab Public Private Partnership Authority (P4A) invites separate bids for the procurement of support staff and janitorial staff services under a Framework Agreement. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope bidding procedure).

Key submission & opening dates: Electronic bids must be submitted online via the e-Punjab acquisition and disposal system by 11:00 AM on 2026-08-10. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-08-10.

How to obtain tender documents: Tender documents are available free of cost on the PPRA and e-Procurement websites: https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk (and via the e-PA&DS portal https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bidding documents must comply with the instructions in the published tender document.

Eligibility & requirements: Bids must include the prescribed Bid Security in accordance with the tender document and Rule-27 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Income/Sales tax registration certificates and other documents specified in the tender document must accompany the bid. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late, or incorrectly submitted bids (or bids submitted by modes other than specified) will be rejected.

Other notices: The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or proposals under Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
