Deputy Commissioner Layyah invites e-tenders for prequalification of firms for supply of food and non-food relief items for floods/monsoon 2026-27. Eligible firms must be registered with FBR (Income Tax), Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and on the Punjab e-procurement portal (EPADs). Bidders shall submit e-bids through the e-procurement portal and also deposit original hard copies and bid security with the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Layyah as specified in the tender documents.
