The Office of the Cantonment Board, Wah Cantonment issues notice that property bearing No. 953-D, Survey No. 16, Schedule X-A at Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt, presently recorded in the name of Naheed Anjum w/o Syed Tahir Ali, is proposed to be transferred by gift (Shariah) in favour of Syed Tahir Ali s/o Syed Shafqat Ali upon the applicant's request.
Any person or institution having objection or legal ground must submit their objection with supporting evidence to the Office of the Cantonment Board, Wah Cantonment, within 15 days of this notice’s publication either by registered post or in person; otherwise the transfer will be processed and later appeals or objections will not be accepted.
