The Government of the Punjab, Information & Culture Department gives a final opportunity to Mr. Noman Ahmad Zafar (Naib Qasid), who has been absent from duty w.e.f. 01.12.2019. Letters dated 13.11.2025, 16.12.2025 and 27.01.2026 and a Show Cause Notice dated 02.06.2026 (requiring a written reply within seven days) were issued but not responded to; the Show Cause Notice sent by registered post was returned undelivered.
He is directed to appear for personal hearing before the Additional Secretary (Admn.), Information & Culture Department, Lahore, and submit the written reply to the Show Cause Notice within 15 days of this publication, failing which an ex-parte decision will be taken under Section-10(2) of the PEEDA Act, 2006.
