Supernet Technologies Limited Announces Right Issue of 91,476,554 Ordinary Shares

Supernet Technologies Limited has approved a right issue of 91,476,554 ordinary shares at a par value of Rs.10 per share, offered at a ratio of 85 right shares for every 100 existing shares (85%). The shares will be issued against subscription and payment by shareholders and will rank pari passu with the company’s existing ordinary shares.

The board approved the issue in a meeting held on 15 July 2026. The detailed offer letter and the company’s book-closure/non-transfer dates to determine eligibility will be announced in due course in accordance with the Companies (Issue of Further Shares) Regulations, 2020.
