Auction: Royalty Collection Contract for Minor Minerals (Sand, Gravel, Stone) — Pishin & Qila Abdullah, Balochistan

Director General Mines & Minerals, Balochistan invites sealed bids for the royalty collection contract for minor minerals (sand, gravel, ordinary stone) in specified areas of the province. The public auction for the districts of Pishin and Qila Abdullah is scheduled for 2026-07-27 at the Deputy Commissioner office (details as per notice).

Only contractors registered with the department may participate. Obtain Form “A” from the office during working hours (form fee Rs. 3,000, non-refundable). Submit the prescribed refundable security/earnest money in the name of the Director General Mines & Minerals, Balochistan, and deposit originals/documents one day before the auction. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the accepted bid as advance security within ten days; the contract term is one year with monthly payments due by the 7th.
