University of Okara Open Auction: Parking Stands (Contract to 30 July 2027)

The University of Okara invites eligible bidders to an open auction for the management and operation of campus parking stands. The auction will be held on 2026-08-04 at the University Auditorium. Reserved amount for the lot is Rs. 1,200,000 with earnest money (CDR) of Rs. 50,000; contract period is 12 months (up to 30 July 2027).

Services include daily parking management 07:00 AM–07:00 PM, seven days a week, security, cleanliness, traffic control and fee collection; free parking for university staff/faculty. Approved charges: Motorcycle/Cycle Rs. 20, Car Rs. 50. Required documents: CNIC, active Income Tax/Sales Tax registration (filer), CDR Rs. 50,000 in favor of Treasurer, University of Okara, non-blacklisting affidavit and affidavit accepting terms.
