Show Cause Notice to Mr. Saad Ullah Khan — District Health Officer, Peshawar

The Office of the District Health Officer, Peshawar has issued a show cause notice to Mr. Saad Ullah Khan, S/O Sahibzada Chowkidar, posted at Civil Dispensary Rashid Ghari, Peshawar, for alleged unauthorized absence from duty and repeated failure to resume duty despite prior warnings and directions.

Mr. Khan is required to submit a written explanation to the undersigned within 15 days of publication in the press. The notice refers to previous correspondence and warnings (including letters dated 28-07-2025, 19-08-2025, 29-08-2025, 25-04-2026 and charge sheet dated 11-05-2026). He may also request to be heard in person; failing to reply will result in ex-parte action, including possible removal from service under the Government Servants (E&D) Rules, 2011.
