Public Notice: Unauthorized Use of SAIF / SAIF GROUP Trademark — Legal Action and Injunction

Saif Group declares that it is the sole legal and equitable proprietor of the trade name/house mark "SAIF" and/or "SAIF GROUP", and that these marks are duly registered with the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan. Third parties are not permitted to use the marks "SAIF" and/or "SAIF GROUP" for any industries or purposes.

Legal action has been initiated for infringement, passing off, unfair competition and damages. The competent tribunal has granted a stay restraining unauthorized parties from using the marks "SAIF" and/or "SAIF GROUP" in any manner. The Lahore High Court (Rawalpindi Bench) has also passed an appropriate order in consideration of the client's goodwill and reputation.

Warning to public, regulators, trade authorities, customers, dealers and e-commerce platforms: exercise caution before dealing with any services or products offered under the above unauthorized mark, which has no nexus or association with Saif Group. Saif Group reserves all rights and remedies under law, including injunctive relief, damages, rendition of accounts, delivery-up and all other civil and criminal remedies available under applicable law.
