Submission requirements: Bidders must submit a single package containing two separate sealed envelopes — (i) "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" with the Pre-Qualification Form signed and stamped by the subcontractor, and (ii) "COMMERCIAL / FINANCIAL PROPOSAL". Technical proposals will be opened on the submission date in the presence of bidders. Commercial/financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later as intimated by KS&EW.
