Military Lands & Cantonments Department, Cantt Board Wah invites electronic bids (EPADS 2.0) for Original Works and Annual Maintenance / Repair Works for Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, have valid NTN and be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Online submission through the PPRA EPADS 2.0 portal only; original bid security must also be deposited physically as required. Tender issued by Cantonment Executive Officer, Wah Cantt.

Key submission & eligibility details:
- Bids to be submitted online only via EPADS 2.0 Tender Portal (PPRA). Original bid security (as specified) must also be deposited in original at the Cantt Board Wah office (CBW Office/CB Care Centre) before the online cut-off time.
- Bid security equals 2% of the estimated cost for each package (amounts shown in the table). Prescribed tender fee / bidding fee for each package is listed in the table.
- Eligible bidders: Firms with valid PEC registration in the relevant category/limit, valid NTN and active taxpayer status with FBR. Electronic submission and valid documents as per PPRA rules are mandatory.
- Tender documents and detailed terms & conditions are available from the office of the undersigned during office hours. Conditional, incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted. Cantt Board Wah reserves the right to reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
