Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for the procurement of works for the construction of Rescue 1122 offices in Islamabad. Bidding will be carried out through the e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) under a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
