The Press Information Department (PID), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed pre-qualification proposals from registered workshops/firms/auto workshops for repair and maintenance of official vehicles for the financial year 2026-2027. Prequalification is required to provide routine maintenance, tyre replacement, puncture services, air-conditioning, oil change, car polish and related services on a need-basis nationwide.

Bid Security Rs. 100,000 (Rupees One Hundred Thousand only) in the form of a Pay Order in favor of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Press Information Department, Islamabad.
Eligibility / Minimum Requirements
  • Established operational office in major cities, including Islamabad.
  • Registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for Income Tax and Sales Tax.
  • Registered on the PPRA e-PADS 2.0 portal.
Terms / Conditions (key points)
  • Selected workshops will provide services nationwide as required.
  • Payments will be processed on submission of verified invoices, forwarded to AGPR for payment advice.
  • Operational expenses (fuel, tolls, parking, etc.) borne by the service provider.
  • Government reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per prevailing rules.
  • Quoted rates must remain valid until 2027-06-30.
