DHQ Hospital Tank Framework Tender (FY 2026-27) for General Items via EPADS

Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital District Tank invites sealed bids under the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) single-stage one-envelope procedure for a framework contract (General Items) for FY 2026-27. Eligible firms registered with KP-EPADS and on the Active Taxpayer List (FBR) may participate.

Key instructions: Bidders must register on EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk), obtain a user account, and submit bids online via the EPADS portal. Bid security (Call Deposit Receipt) must be furnished in original in the name of “Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital, Tank”. Income/ Sales tax registration and proof of Active Taxpayer status are required. Hard copies/physical bids will not be accepted. Tender documents are available on EPADS and details may also be downloaded from www.kppra.gov.pk.
