Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders must be legally registered with relevant authorities; possess a valid NTN and active taxpayer status; not be blacklisted by any government department, autonomous body, local government, cantonment board or public sector organization; have relevant experience in outdoor advertising, infrastructure development, civil works or urban furniture (bus shelters or similar projects); and demonstrate adequate financial capability.
Key Dates & Submission Details
Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded on EPADS on or before 2026-08-05 up to 14:00 hrs. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 14:30 hrs in the office of Walton Cantonment Board (Ahmed Bukhsh Road, R.A. Bazar, Lahore Cantt) in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently.
Additional Terms
The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the estimated cost under Rule 39 of PPRA Rules within 7 days (failure may result in forfeiture of bid security). Walton Cantonment Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in accordance with PPRA Rules.
