A well-established bank is seeking a dynamic and energetic Regional Head to manage and grow the bank’s business portfolio for Muzaffarabad and Mirpur regions, with Head Office responsibilities in Muzaffarabad (A.J.K.). The role requires strong business development, branch network management, budgeting and compliance skills.

| Core Responsibilities | Manage the region's entire business portfolio; supervise and analyze business statistics and branch performance; develop and implement commercial & retail banking strategies; prepare and monitor annual revenue & expense budgets; coordinate with branches to meet advances & deposit targets; ensure implementation of effective internal controls and regulatory compliance; maintain stakeholder/regulatory relationships; oversee staff appraisals and performance management. |
