Banking Court Hyderabad Summons: Case No. 173/2026 – Appearance on 2026-08-19

Banking Court-11, Hyderabad has issued a summons in a recovery proceeding filed under the Recovery of Pensions Ordinance 2001 (Ordinance No. XLVI of 2001) and referencing the Bank of Pakistan Ordinance 1969.
