Notes
Contractors quoting bids up to 10% below Engineer's Estimate must submit 2% Bid Security. For bids 10-20% below, 8% additional security is required. Bids more than 20% below require additional security equal to the differential amount. Non-responsive bids will result in forfeiture of bid security. The Procuring Entity may declare bids non-responsive if rate analysis is not convincing. The contract may be offered to the next lowest bidder or re-advertised. Additional Security can be replaced with a Bank Guarantee. The competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
