Eligibility
PEC registered contractors in Category C6 or above with specific solar/electrical/mechanical specialization codes (EE11, ME06, ME07), valid proprietorship/company registration (SECP), valid registration with Electrical Inspectorate KPK, C&W Department, FBR (NTN/STRN), KPRA (PST), and PPIB.

How to Apply
Download bid documents from www.eprocure.gov.pk and KP-PPRA website. Fill documents, scan, and upload through EPADS. Bid securities (CDR) in favor of Assistant Director (Senior), LG&RDD Tehsil Headquarter Kohat, District Kohat, must be uploaded on EPAD and physically delivered to the office by the bid closing deadline. Bidders must register on EPADS to participate.

Cutting or overwriting in bid documents is not acceptable. Bid securities (Call Deposits) must be prepared after NIT publication and physically delivered to the Assistant Director (Sr.) LG&RDD Kohat, KDA Gate No. 3 District Council Hall, by the closing time of bid. Rates can be offered above, below, or at par with Engineer Estimates. Bid security and additional security will follow KPPRA notifications. Contractors or representatives may attend bid opening. Tie-breaking will be by free toss. Bidders must have relevant PEC codes. False or inaccurate information will lead to disqualification and debarment as per KPPRA Act. Bids are valid for 90 days. All applicable taxes will be recovered. PEC and KPPRA registration must be valid for FY 2025-26. Any additions to NIT terms will follow KPPRA Act & Rules. All material testing will be performed by the contractor. The successful bidder must provide satisfactory work certificates.
