Issuer: City Traffic Police, Rawalpindi (Chief Traffic Officer: Farhan Aslam PSP). Invites framework-contract tenders from GST/PST and Income/Withholding Tax registered firms for financial year 2026–2027 under PPRA Rules 2014. Bidding documents available on PPRA (ppra.punjab.gov.pk), City Traffic Police Rawalpindi website (www.ctprwp.gop.pk) and e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Key submission & eligibility details:
- Eligibility: Firms registered for GST/PST and Income/Withholding Tax.
- Bid submission: Upload bids on EPADS by 20-07-2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM.
- Bid security: 3% of estimated cost in shape of demand draft/pay order in favour of "Chief Traffic Officer, Rawalpindi". Lowest-bidder security may be converted to performance guarantee on acceptance of bid.
- Taxes: Income tax and other government applicable taxes will be deducted as per law.
- Tender proceedings will be carried out in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. The procuring agency may reject proposals as per rules; communications of reasons for rejection are discretionary.
