PHE Division Orakzai Invites E-Tenders for AOM&R Civil & Electrical Works

Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Orakzai (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites electronic bids through the official e-procurement system in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for AOM&R civil and electrical/mechanical works.

Key requirements & instructions

- Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and field of specialization and enlisted with provincial works departments as required.

- Bidders must demonstrate financial soundness, relevant experience, personnel, equipment and other capabilities as specified in the bidding documents.

- Bid security/stamp duty as indicated above (2%) must accompany bids; original Call Deposit Receipt (or required instrument) must be submitted by the deadline as specified in the tender documents.

- Bidding documents and submission are electronic via the official e-procurement portal (EPADS). Bidders should upload their bids and submit required hard originals where instructed.

- Date & time of electronic bid submission: 2026-07-20 up to 12:00 Noon. Date & time of opening: 2026-07-20 at 12:30 PM.
