Notice Inviting Tenders via ePADS — LG&RDD Buner: Road, Street Lighting & Green Belt Works (Amanwar)

Provincial ADP works (MRS-2025 / Non-MRS items) for District Buner are invited through the ePADS e-procurement system. Eligible contractors registered with the relevant provincial registration authority may download Bid Solicitation Documents from the ePADS portal and KPPRA website and submit electronic bids as specified below. Original/physical copies of required documents and bid security must be delivered to the office of the Assistant Director, LG&RDD, District Secretariat, Tehsil Dagar, Buner, by the bid closing time.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Procurement method: Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure through ePADS (www.eprocure.com.pk). Bid Solicitation Documents also available on KPPRA website after publishing the NIT.

- Mandatory to upload a clear scanned copy of the original documents during e-submission; physical originals and bid securities must reach the Assistant Director, LG&RDD, District Secretariat, Tehsil Dagar, Buner by the bid closing time.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (amounts shown in table). Bid securities must be in favour of the Assistant Director, LG&RDD Buner.

- Bid validity: 120 days from the closing date of bids.

- Bids not complying with rules, lacking required security, or submitted after the deadline will be rejected. Detailed terms, eligibility criteria, and evaluation rules are provided in the Bid Solicitation Documents.
