OPF Invitation to Bid: Excavator, Tractor and Hydraulic Power Bower for OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V

Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites bids for supply of 1 Tyre-Mounted Hydraulic Excavator, 1 Tractor and 1 Hydraulic Tyre-Mounted Power Bower with allied items for renovation/maintenance of OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V, Islamabad under a Single-Stage Two-Envelope competitive bidding procedure.

Bidding documents are available/downloadable from E-PADS 2.0 and OPF/PPRA websites. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS 2.0 and uploaded by 2026-02-27 12:00 hrs; technical proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 hrs. A bid security (CDR/Pay Order) must be uploaded on E-PADS 2.0 and the original submitted before bid closing.
