How to Apply

Interested bidders are required to register and submit their bids online at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents, must be submitted through EPADS on or before 1100 hours, 04th May, 2026 (Monday).

Notes

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 5.0 Million. Samples of respective tents (Family, winterized & shelter) are required to be submitted along with the bid to Director (Procurement), NDMA Headquarters, Main Murree Road, Islamabad. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 50,000 is required to be submitted before opening of the bid.
