Pre-qualification of Advertising Agency - Pakistan Air Force

Pakistan Air Force invites bids for pre-qualification of advertising agencies to handle advertisements for PAF for a period of two years, from July 2026 to June 2028.

Eligibility

Agencies registered with PID and FBR, possessing NTN, registered with Income Tax, on active taxpayer list, not suspended or blacklisted by any Ministry/Division/Govt Department, with at least 3 years of active professional experience in Pakistan, and duly audited balance sheets for the past three years.

• Proposal Submission Deadline: 2026-05-05 1100 hours
• Proposal Opening: 2026-05-05 1130 hours
• Engagement Period: July 2026 to June 2028

Proposals must be in English. The Expression of Interest document can be downloaded from www.ppra.org.pk and www.paf.gov.pk. Only shortlisted agencies will be called for presentation. Late proposals will not be considered. PAF reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per PPRA Rules 2004. Queries must be in writing.
