How to Apply
Tender documents can be downloaded from www.sipmr.edu.pk and https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through ePADS only. Interested bidders must register on ePADS by 30 April 2026. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 10,000 must be deposited before the last date of submission.

Notes
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. In case of a public holiday on the bid opening date, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and place. All procurement will be done under SPPRA Rules 2010. Bidders must attach a copy of the bid security and tender documents with the ePADS submission.
