How to apply: Interested firms must submit EOI documents electronically through EPADs.
Deadline: Submit by 2026-06-29 up to 1100 hours. EOIs will be opened the same date at 1130 hours on EPADs in the presence of any participants who wish to attend.
Only shortlisted firms will be issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) soliciting technical and financial proposals as per requirements.
