COMSATS Abbottabad Tender: Procurement of Chemicals, Glassware & Equipment (Closing 2026-06-30)

COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus invites bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for procurement of chemicals, glassware and equipment on a Single-Stage Single-Envelope basis. Bidders must be Income Tax & GST registered firms/companies on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

Key tender details:

Submission and bid security: Bid security in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Draft (refundable) in favor of "COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus" (FTN/NTN: 9010420-7) must be uploaded as a scanned copy through EPADS and the hard copy of the CDR must be submitted physically along with the hard copy of the sealed bidding document on the closing date.

How to apply: Complete tendering process will be carried out through EPADS. Interested bidders must register on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and submit tender documents online. For EPADS registration and guidance contact EPADS UAN: 051-111-137-237.

Other conditions: Bids must follow instructions in the tender document and the Single-Stage Single-Envelope procedure. As per PPRA Rule 33, the University may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
