How to Apply

Bids (Technical & Financial) must be uploaded on the EPADS website. Earnest money (5% of estimated bid cost) in the form of CDR/Pay order/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee, payable to Director Finance, WASA Bahawalpur, must be submitted to the Head Clerk, Deputy Director (Engg) Office, Bahawalpur Development Authority, Thana Baghdad Road Bahawalpur by 11:00 AM on 2026-04-30.

Notes

This tender uses the Single Stage-Two Envelope method. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any bids or proposals under PPRA Rule-35. All conditions of the Revised contract agreement/PPRA/Circular and DNIT will be binding. A performance/quality assurance Guarantee (up to 10%) must be from a scheduled bank, valid for 3 months beyond the completion date; guarantees from insurance companies will not be entertained. Submission of fake information will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
